Fatigue Solution
FEAPro Engineering provide a sophisticated stand-alone tool with which a designer can quickly and accurately analyse the fatigue life of a product. fFatigue can evaluate constant amplitude loads, load design spectra and load histories from strain gauge measurements, using either the stress-life method or the strain-life method. fFatigue comes with a large materials and geometry database and offers the user a very easy to use interface.
fFatigue also offers tools for failure forecasting based on analysis and field data.

3rd Party Tools
AeroMech Support offers tools to be used as an interface between FE output and fFatigue input.
Apart from creating an input file it:
- extracts the stresses from all applicable fatigue loadcases from the FE output files
- calculates the maximum (most damaging) principal stress for one particular loadcase
- calculates the stresses for all other loadcases in the same orientation as the most damaging one
